Oleksandr Panchenko built the Siren Sounds Ringtone app (the “Service”). The Service is offered as a free download and may display advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases. It is provided “as is.”
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Service.
Information Collection and Use
The Service does not require you to create an account. I do not directly collect or store your name, email address, precise location, payment details, or other personally identifiable information on developer-operated servers.
Information and files created, downloaded, or selected within the Service are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them using features provided by your device.
The Service uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage consent and privacy choices.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain information, including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device’s general location;
- device and application identifiers, where permitted;
- advertising data and interactions with advertisements;
- diagnostic information and non-user-related crash logs;
- application performance information;
- consent and privacy choices.
Advertising personalization is managed by Google based on applicable law, the user’s consent choices collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform, and applicable device settings. The app does not enable publisher first-party identifiers.
The Service does not use Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Crashlytics.

In-App Purchases
The Service may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
I do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple’s processing of your information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Log Data
I do not use Firebase Crashlytics or another dedicated third-party crash-reporting service.
However, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect diagnostic information, non-user-related crash logs, performance data, and related technical information to provide, maintain, and improve its advertising services.
Apple may also process diagnostic information according to your device and App Store privacy settings.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service is a native mobile application and does not directly use browser cookies.
Third-party services integrated into the Service may use device identifiers, local storage, or similar technologies to provide advertisements, prevent fraud, measure performance, and remember privacy choices.
You can manage certain privacy and tracking permissions through your device settings and, where available, through the privacy options provided within the Service.
Service Providers
Third-party service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect their systems.
The primary third-party service providers used by the Service are:
- Google AdMob, for advertising and consent management;
- Apple, for App Store distribution and optional in-app purchases.
The handling of information by these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Security
I value your trust and use commercially reasonable measures to protect the Service.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13.
I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If I become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to me, I will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These external services are not operated by me.
I strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
Because I do not maintain user accounts or directly store personal information on developer-operated servers, I may not have information that can be associated with you.
Information processed by Google or Apple is subject to their respective privacy controls and policies. You may contact me if you have questions about exercising your privacy rights.

I may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
