Privacy Policy for Simple Designed Habits

This privacy policy applies to the Simple Designed Habits app for iOS (the "Application"), operated by Bernardo Nunez (the "Service Provider").

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you.

Habit names, schedules, and completion history are stored only on your device (and, if you add a Home Screen widget, in an App Group on the same device). This data is not uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers.

The Application does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting services operated by the Service Provider.

If you choose to send feedback by email, that message is sent through your own mail app to bernardo_nr@mac.com. The Service Provider only receives what you choose to include in that email.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties for their marketing. Data stays on your device unless you choose to email the Service Provider.

Opt-Out / Deletion

You can remove all Application data by deleting the app from your device. To ask questions about privacy, contact bernardo_nr@mac.com.

Children

The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date will be shown on this page.
