Silent Pulse Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Silent Pulse app (Application) created by BT developer (Service Provider) as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Core Service & Pulse Delivery
The Application's primary purpose is to allow linked partners to send real-time vibrations (Pulses). To facilitate this, we transmit a trigger signal to your partner's device. We DO NOT track or collect data on how much time you spend on the app or your usage duration for any analytics or marketing purposes.
2. Secure Pairing (Privacy First)
To connect with your partner, the Application uses a unique, secure Pairing Code. We DO NOT access, collect, or upload your phone’s contact list or address book. Your connection is private and exclusive to you and your partner.
3. User-Generated Content (Memories & Occasions)
Users may voluntarily upload images and text to create shared "Memories". This data is stored securely via Supabase and is private, accessible only by the two linked partners. We access your gallery or camera only when you explicitly choose to upload a photo.
4. Automated Emotional Messaging
The system monitors only the timestamp of the last interaction to trigger "Emotional Messages" after 6 or 12 hours of silence. This is a purely functional feature to maintain the couple's connection and does not involve monitoring private activity.
5. Data Control & Deletion (Self-Service)
We believe in user autonomy. You can delete your entire account and all associated shared data (memories, occasions, and pairing info) at any time through the "Delete Account" button located inside the Application settings. Once deleted, this data is removed from our servers permanently.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to sustain the app:
* Google Play Services & AdMob (for advertising)
* Supabase (for secure cloud storage and real-time database)
