1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signal Station ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Lagos, Nigeria, concerning your access to and use of the Signal Station mobile application (the "App").

By accessing or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. Description of Service

Signal Station is a finance application that provides:

  • Economic calendar information
  • Live Activities and Smart Alerts
  • Financial news and updates

The App is designed to provide users with timely financial information and market updates.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
  • Annual Subscription: $99.99 per year

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4.4 Access Upon Expiration

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will immediately lose access to subscription features. We may implement a grace period in the future, but this is not guaranteed.

4.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat. Your payment information is handled according to Apple's payment terms and privacy policies.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal unless you cancel before the price change takes effect.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Signal Station and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the App's content without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
  • Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the App
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained in the App
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
  • Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 Not Financial Advice

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE APP FOR MAKING FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY INVESTMENT OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

8.2 App Provided "As Is"

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The information provided through the App will be accurate, reliable, complete, or current
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected
  • The App or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNAL STATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
  • Any content obtained from the App
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signal Station and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Third-Party Services

The App uses RevenueCat for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian arbitration laws.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by our authorized representative.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Signal Station regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
