These terms and conditions apply to the Screw Puzzle: Offline Games app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Maksym Stepantsov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and result in the Application not functioning correctly.

Connectivity and Charges Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhaustion of your mobile data allowance. You accept responsibility for any charges from your mobile network provider, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory.
Updates and Termination The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. To continue using the Application, you may need to download these updates. The Service Provider also reserves the right to cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.
