- Storage Access: If you choose to scan an image from your gallery, ScanX will access that specific image file solely for the purpose of decoding the QR code.
- Scan History: Your scan history is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage. We do not have access to your history. You can clear this history at any time through the app settings.

2. PERMISSIONS
ScanX requests the following permissions for specific functionalities:
- Camera: To scan QR codes.
- Storage: To save scan results or to scan QR codes from your photo gallery.
- Vibration: To provide haptic feedback upon successful scans.

3. DATA PROCESSING
All data processing (QR decoding) happens locally on your mobile device. ScanX does not use any third-party analytics or tracking software.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
ScanX may decode QR codes containing links to third-party websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
