Salonk ("we", "us", "the app") is a salon and barbershop booking
platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we
collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to the Salonk mobile
application (package com.salonk.app).

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name,
email address, phone number, and the role you use the
staff member, or salon owner). If you choose to sign in with Google, we
receive your name, email address, and profile picture
account. We do not receive your Google password.

Profile photos and images. If you set a profile picture, or if you are a
salon owner or staff member who uploads gallery image

library only when you choose to add an image.

Location. With your permission, we collect your devic
location so the app can show salons near you, sort results by distance,
and display them on a map. You can decline this permi
at any time in your device settings; the app remains usable, but
distance-based search and the map will not function.

status, and any notes, along with reviews and ratings

Business information. If you use the app as a salon owner or staff
member, we collect information you enter about your b

Information stored on your device. We store your logi
on your device, along with app preferences such as your chosen language
and theme. This information stays on your device and
log out or uninstall the app.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a notification token
for your device so we can send you booking reminders

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:
- create and maintain your account and keep you signed in;
- show you nearby salons and let you search, book, an
appointments;
- let salons manage their bookings, staff, schedules,
records;
- send booking confirmations, reminders, and service
- display reviews and ratings;
- respond to your support requests;
- keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for
advertising.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

With salons you book. When you make a booking, the sa

- OpenStreetMap and its Nominatim geocoding service, which receive

booking data on our behalf.

We keep your account information for as long as your
Booking records are retained while your account is active so that you
and the salons you visit have an accurate history.

You may request deletion of your account and associat

anonymise your data within 30 days of a verified requ

We transmit data over encrypted connections and store
in your device's secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is
