ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Imexlog ("Imexlog," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform.

We are committed to creating a safe, secure, and age-appropriate environment for all users. We do not tolerate any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any way.

This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions on the Imexlog platform, including but not limited to:

User profiles and photos

Messages and private communications

Public posts and comments

Live streams and video content

Any other form of user-generated content

We have a zero-tolerance approach to:

Any content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation

Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors for sexual purposes

Sexual extortion (sextortion) involving minors

Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM

Any form of child trafficking or exploitation

Facilitating or encouraging any of the above activities

We reserve the right to take immediate action against any user found to be in violation of this policy, including permanent account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Imexlog platform:

A. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, or storing any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct

Possessing or accessing CSAM through our platform

Linking to external sources that contain CSAM

Using our platform to facilitate the distribution of CSAM

B. Grooming and Solicitation

Engaging in any communication with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation

Attempting to establish an inappropriate relationship with a minor

Soliciting sexually explicit content from minors

Exposing minors to sexually explicit content

Using deceptive tactics to gain trust of minors for exploitation

C. Sexual Exploitation

Sexually explicit content involving minors

Sexually suggestive content involving minors

Sexual extortion (sextortion) involving minors

Using our platform to coordinate or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors

D. Harassment and Abuse

Cyberbullying or harassment targeting minors

Threatening or intimidating minors

Stalking or predatory behavior targeting minors

Any form of abuse directed at minors

E. Inappropriate Content

Content that could be considered harmful to minors

Content that promotes or glorifies child abuse

Content that could be used to facilitate child exploitation

Links to external resources that violate these standards

REPORTING MECHANISMS

Imexlog provides multiple channels for users to report any suspected CSAE content or violations of our child safety standards:

A. In-App Reporting System

Our in-app reporting feature allows users to report inappropriate content, suspicious behavior, or potential violations directly from the app interface. Users can:

Report a user profile

Report specific content (photos, videos, posts)

Report suspicious messages or communications

Report concerning behavior

Submit any other safety concerns

To report in-app:

Navigate to the content or user profile you wish to report

Tap the "Report" or "Flag" icon

Select the appropriate category (e.g., "Child Safety Concern")

Provide any additional details

Submit the report

INVESTIGATION AND RESPONSE PROCEDURES

When we receive a report concerning child safety or CSAE, we follow a comprehensive investigation and response protocol:

A. Immediate Review

Upon receiving a report:

Immediate Triage (Within 1 hour): Our safety team reviews the report to assess urgency and severity

Initial Investigation (Within 24 hours): We conduct a preliminary investigation of the reported content or behavior

Content Review: We examine any reported content for violations of our policies

User Account Review: We analyze the account history and behavior of the reported user

B. Response Actions

Based on our investigation, we take appropriate action:

Content Removal: Immediate removal of any confirmed CSAE content

Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of the offending user account during investigation

Permanent Ban: Permanent removal of the offending user account from our platform

Report to Law Enforcement: We report all confirmed CSAE content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate law enforcement agencies

User Notification: We notify the reporting user of our actions (when appropriate)

C. Coordination with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities:

We report all confirmed CSAE content to the appropriate authorities

We provide all requested information to law enforcement investigations

We preserve evidence according to legal requirements

We comply with all legal requests and court orders

D. Preservation of Evidence

When CSAE content is detected or reported:

We preserve all evidence and metadata

We secure the content to prevent access

We maintain records for law enforcement purposes

We document all actions taken

E. Follow-up and Monitoring

After taking action:

We continue to monitor the situation

We maintain communication with law enforcement

We follow up on any additional reports

We update our safety measures as needed
