Rüya Müzik ("the App") is developed by Skytrip Studio ("we", “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
DATA WE PROCESS
Rüya Müzik is designed to be privacy-friendly. Your content (playlists, downloads, settings) is stored only on your device. The App does not require you to create an account to use its core features. Depending on the features you use, the App may process crash and diagnostic data to keep the App stable; basic, non-identifying technical information (such as app version and device type) needed for the App to function; and your email address, only if you choose to create an account for cloud backup or sync. We do not collect your name, phone number, or precise location.
ADVERTISING
Rüya Müzik currently does not display third-party advertising and does not share your data with advertising networks. We may introduce advertising in a future version of the App. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Google Play Data Safety disclosure to name the advertising providers and the data involved before such changes take effect.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may use the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google Play Services (policies.google.com/privacy) and Firebase for crash reporting, analytics and optional cloud backup (firebase.google.com/support/privacy). This list will be updated if we add new services.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell your data. Any data processed is used only to operate the App and, where enabled, backup and diagnostics, or where required by law.
SECURITY
All data transfers use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). On-device data is kept in the App's protected storage.
YOUR RIGHTS — RETENTION AND DELETION (GDPR ART. 17 / KVKK)
You can delete on-device data via app settings or by uninstalling the App. If you have created a cloud account, you can delete it and all associated data using the in-app “Delete my account” option or by emailing us. Requests are processed within 30 days. You may also request a copy of your data (data portability).
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Rüya Müzik is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we delete such data if discovered.
COPYRIGHT (NOTICE-AND-TAKEDOWN)
Rüya Müzik aims to host only royalty-free, Creative Commons, or rights-holder-authorized content. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and valid claims will be processed promptly.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy. Updates are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We will update this Policy before enabling any new data collection, such as advertising.
