This Privacy Policy describes how the RG Driver mobile application (the "Application") collects, uses, and protects your information. The Application was created by Raiyansoft (the "Service Provider") and is provided as a Free service for delivery drivers. Use of the Application is governed by this Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you download, install, or use the Application, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Internet Protocol (IP) address
Device information (model, operating system)
Usage data such as pages visited, timestamps, session duration
Crash logs and performance metrics
App interaction data for analytics and improvement
2. Location Information
2.1 Foreground and Background Location
The Application collects precise location data, both while the app is in use and when running in the background. This collection is required for the core functionality of the Application.

2.2 Why We Collect Location

To allow the Service Provider and customers to:
Track driver movement in real time
Assign delivery tasks
Provide accurate ETA and routing
Confirm completion of delivery jobs
Operational and Safety Requirements
Ensuring accurate delivery routes
Preventing fraudulent activity
Improving logistics performance
Monitoring delivery progress
Foreground Service Tracking
The Application uses a foreground service to maintain continuous and reliable location tracking—even when the app is minimized or the screen is off. While active, a persistent notification will appear stating that location tracking is in progress.
2.3 When Tracking Occurs
Tracking occurs only when the driver is logged into the Application.
Tracking automatically stops when the driver logs out.
The Application does not track regular users or collect background location from anyone other than authenticated delivery drivers.
3. Camera Usage
The Application uses the CAMERA permission for the following purposes:
Proof of Delivery:
To capture photos of delivered items, packages, receipts, or signatures as confirmation that an order has been successfully delivered.
Barcode Scanning:
To scan barcodes on packages or order labels so that delivery drivers can manually add or verify orders within the Application.
The Application does not record video and does not access the camera unless the driver explicitly initiates an action such as taking a photo or scanning a barcode. Camera access is used solely for delivery-related operational purposes.
4. Notifications
The Application uses the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send:
New delivery assignment alerts
Delivery status updates
Operational or account notifications
Important messages related to your driver activity
Notifications are necessary for timely and efficient delivery operations.
5. User-Provided Information
To create and manage your driver account, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information, such as:
Phone number
Name
Driver profile details
This information is retained and used only for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Access
The Service Provider may share aggregated, anonymized, or necessary data with trusted third parties who assist in:
Analytics and performance improvements
Crash reporting
Delivery optimization
These third parties are required to:

Not use the information for any purpose other than assisting in operating or improving the Application

7. Data Retention
The Service Provider retains User Provided Data for as long as you maintain an active account and for a reasonable period thereafter.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at raiyansoft.com@gmail.com. We will delete the information within a reasonable time unless legal obligations require retention.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

9. Security
We take reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet can guarantee 100% security.
10. Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process.
Drivers can stop location tracking at any time by logging out of the Application.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
