* No Server Uploads: The Application operates entirely offline for core gameplay. Your game save states, settings, and ROM configurations are stored locally on your device.

* No ROMs Provided: RetroGenY does not contain, bundle, or distribute any game ROMs, copyright-protected software, or BIOS files.
* User Responsibility: Users must obtain game ROMs legally from their own physical cartridges. We do not condone or facilitate any form of software piracy.

The Application does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data at all, we are fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
