This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone deciding to use my Service or Application. If you choose to use my Service or Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy as well as the policy terms as they are stated below.
By using the application, you must agree to the application Terms and Conditions Agreement, located at the respective Application Store Page under the "License Agreement" link.
Information Collected by The Application Developer The application developed by the developer does not directly collect any personally identifiable information about its users. All Information entered in order to operate the application and use its functionality is stored locally on the user device. Because your data remains strictly on your personal device, you are solely responsible for securing your device (e.g., using passcodes or biometrics) to protect your local data from unauthorized access.
Information Collected By Third Parties & Required Consents The application utilizes strictly functional third-party SDK services and platform-native APIs to manage technical performance and deliver software updates. Depending on your operating system, this includes but is not limited to:
For Android Users: Firebase and Google Play In-App Updates (Play Core API).
For iOS/macOS/iPadOS Users: Firebase.
While the developer does not directly collect your personal data, these functional SDK services and platform services may automatically collect technical data, IP addresses, device identifiers, crash reports, performance metrics, and other technical information that may be legally classified as personal or identifiable data under applicable privacy laws.
In order to use the Application, you must read, understand, and explicitly agree to the overarching Privacy Policies of Google and Apple (depending on your device platform), which govern how this technical data is handled. You can review their primary policies here:

It is your sole responsibility to individually locate, review, and agree to any specific supplementary privacy policies or terms related to the individual functional SDKs utilized by this Application. The Developer is not responsible for providing, updating, or maintaining direct links to these specific third-party documents.
Data Rights and Deletion Because the Developer does not store your task data on external servers, local task data can be permanently deleted simply by uninstalling the Application from your device. Any telemetry or analytics data collected by third parties (such as Google, Apple, or the respective Application Store) must be managed or deleted through your personal account settings (e.g., Google Account controls or Apple ID settings) and in accordance with the respective third-party policies.
Children’s Privacy These Services are strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Application, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you, as an adult parent or legal guardian (18 years of age or older), permit a minor between the ages of 13 and 17 to use the Application, you expressly consent to the data collection practices described in this policy on their behalf and assume full and sole responsibility for their use. The Developer strictly prohibits the use of the Application by anyone under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that a child under 13 has provided any third-party SDK with personal data via this Application, please contact the respective third party (such as Google or Apple) to request immediate deletion.
Policies can be updated and change their terms and descriptions. By using the application, you agree to be responsible to follow, read, and agree to their updated versions in order to continue using the application.
By using the application, you understand that the developer does not handle your private information whatsoever. You understand and agree that the developer will not hold any sort of liability and will not provide any sort of warranty or compensation regarding the privacy practices, data breaches, third-party server hacks, and liability issues that might arise with the "Remind Me Later: Dump & Forget" usage, software integration, development, deployment or any fault or flaw that might arise from using the Application. This is in accordance with the "Remind Me Later: Dump & Forget" Terms and Conditions Agreement, including, but not limited to, its "NO WARRANTY" and "Limitation of Liability" sections.
Jurisdiction of Judgment This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and the competent courts in the State of Israel (specifically Tel Aviv-Yafo) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement.
