Remi – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Remi (“App”), operated by Remi ApS, located at Copenhagen, Denmark (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Remi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Remi.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

4. Description of the Service

Remi is a kitchen operations app built for the fast-paced world of restaurants. We help chefs and kitchen teams plan, coordinate, and execute daily work in one system — improving collaboration, reducing avoidable stress, and supporting more sustainable operations. We're dedicated to making chefs lives easier by connecting teams with the tools, support, and information they need to feel valued, do their best work, and drive the business forward..

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue features

Add or remove functionalities

Update the App at any time

5. User Content

If the App allows users to upload, create, or share content:

You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Store

Process

Display

Improve the service using such content

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

Does not violate any laws

Does not infringe intellectual property rights

Is not harmful, abusive, or illegal

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal purposes

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Interfere with the App’s security

Use automated systems to access the App

Upload malicious software

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

If Remi offers subscriptions:

Subscription fees are billed in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google policies.

We do not directly process payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) are owned by the Company.

This includes:

Trademarks

Design

Software

Branding

Content

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., analytics, AI providers, cloud hosting).

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that:

The App will be error-free

The App will be uninterrupted

Results will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Lost profits

Data loss

Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
