Reelow operates the Reelow mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use While using our Service, we may collect certain information to provide and improve the experience. Reelow uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and security.
Firebase Analytics: Used to understand how users interact with "Create", "Share", and "Download" features.
Firebase Crashlytics: Used to monitor app stability and fix technical issues.
2. Media and Storage Access Reelow is an AI Video Generator. To function correctly, the app requires access to your device's photo library/storage.
Video Pre-Caching: We use local storage to cache video results for a seamless user experience.
Downloads: We require permission to save the generated AI videos to your gallery. We do not access, collect, or upload your private photos or videos to our servers without your explicit action.
3. Log Data In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use.
4. Service Providers We may employ third-party companies (such as AI model providers) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
5. Children’s Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
