1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how the RBX Factory mobile application ("the App", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the App. RBX Factory is an independent, fan-made companion utility built strictly for entertainment and educational purposes. It is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official game company, platform, or virtual world.

By installing or using the App you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you agree with it. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information you provide directly

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or enter personally identifying information. You can use all features without supplying your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier.

If you choose to contact us via email (see Section 13), we will receive the information you include in that message — typically your email address and the content of your message — for the sole purpose of replying to your inquiry.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically:

- Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, system language, system country/region, time zone, screen resolution, app version, and a Google-provided non-personal app instance identifier.
- Usage information: which screens you open in the App, how long you stay on each, app launches, foreground/background events, and aggregate engagement statistics.
- Advertising identifier (GAID): Android's resettable advertising ID, used by our advertising partner to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time from your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Install attribution data: when you install the App from the Google Play Store, Google provides a referrer string that may contain marketing campaign identifiers (for example gclid, fbclid, or ttclid). We read this string once on first launch to determine which marketing source brought you to the App. The string itself does not identify you personally.
- Approximate network state: the App checks whether an active network connection exists in order to load remote configuration and ads. The App also inspects local network-interface names to detect the presence of a VPN; this information is processed entirely on your device and is never sent off-device.

2.3 Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect, request, or process:

- Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or government identifiers (unless you voluntarily include them in a support email).
- Your contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, files, location (precise or coarse), SMS messages, call logs, or calendar.
- Biometric identifiers (fingerprint, face, voice).
- Health, financial, or payment-card information. The App does not offer in-app purchases and does not process any real-money transactions.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy that applies to data it collects through the App.

3.1 Google Firebase Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the App (which features are used, how long sessions last, crash and stability signals). Firebase Analytics may receive the automatically-collected data described in Section 2.2, including the app instance identifier, device/technical information, and usage events.

Provider: Google LLC
Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase data policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

If the App detects that you are connected via a VPN, Firebase Analytics collection is automatically disabled during your session and no analytics events are transmitted while the VPN remains active.

3.2 Google AdMob (advertising)

We display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising identifier and device/technical information to serve and measure ads, including personalized advertising where permitted.

Provider: Google LLC
Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
AdMob & Ad Manager partner program: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time from your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) we present a consent prompt that allows you to choose whether personalized ads are shown.

3.3 TikTok Business / Events SDK

The App includes the TikTok Business SDK, used to measure the effectiveness of TikTok-originated marketing campaigns. The SDK may receive the advertising identifier and device/technical information, scoped to attribution and conversion measurement.

Provider: TikTok Pte. Ltd. / Bytedance
Privacy policy: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy

The TikTok SDK is initialized only when our remote configuration provides the required TikTok application identifiers. If those identifiers are not present, the SDK does not initialize and no data is sent to TikTok.

3.4 Google Play Install Referrer API

On first launch the App queries the Google Play Install Referrer API to obtain the marketing referrer string associated with your installation. This is a standard Android API provided by Google Play Services. The referrer is read once, used to determine the marketing source, and persisted locally on the device.

Provider: Google LLC
Documentation: https://developer.android.com/google/play/installreferrer

3.5 Remote configuration server

The App fetches its in-session configuration (such as which advertising provider to use for each placement) from a server we operate. Each configuration fetch is a single anonymous HTTPS request and does not transmit personal information beyond the standard request metadata your device sends to any HTTPS server (IP address, HTTP headers).

3.6 In-app web browser (Chrome Custom Tabs)

Some interactions, such as opening an advertisement or a help link, launch the URL in a Chrome Custom Tab — a lightweight browser surface provided by your default browser. The Custom Tab is run by the browser app, not by RBX Factory, and its handling of cookies, browsing history, and site data is governed by the browser's own privacy settings.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information collected to:

- Operate the App and deliver its features (calculator, trivia, daily streak tracking).
- Measure aggregate usage and improve the App.
- Detect and resolve technical issues, crashes, and abuse.
- Serve, personalize (where permitted), and measure advertisements.
- Attribute installs to marketing channels so we can evaluate which marketing efforts are effective.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information to build profiles that identify you as an individual.

5. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We share information only with the third-party service providers listed in Section 3, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us. Those providers act as data processors under our instructions, except where they act as independent controllers under their own policies (for example, Google's processing of advertising-identifier data for ad serving).

We may disclose information if required by law, by court order, or by a valid request from a public authority, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of the App, our users, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers or marketing companies.

6. DATA RETENTION

- On-device data (SharedPreferences such as your daily streak, settings, and the resolved install audience): retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data from Settings.
- Analytics data (Firebase): retained according to Firebase's default retention settings (currently 14 months for event-level data, configurable in the Firebase console).
- Advertising data: retained by Google AdMob and TikTok according to their respective retention policies, linked in Section 3.

You can request deletion of analytics data tied to your app instance by following the procedure in Section 9.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address in Section 13 and we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our records.

8. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (EEA, UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases on which we rely to process your information are:

- Legitimate interests, where the processing is necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App.
- Consent, where required for personalized advertising (collected via the consent prompt shown on first launch in eligible regions).
- Legal obligation, where processing is required by law.

You can withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time from your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your information:

- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request that we delete information we hold about you.
- Restriction or objection — restrict or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 13. For analytics data tied to your device, you can also reset your advertising identifier and clear the App's data from your device's Settings → Apps → RBX Factory → Storage → Clear data, which will detach your device from any prior identifiers.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

10. SECURITY

We apply administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information processed through the App. These include encryption of network traffic (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to operational systems, and reliance on industry-standard SDKs from Google and TikTok for any third-party processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. LOCAL STORAGE AND IDENTIFIERS

The App uses Android SharedPreferences to store small pieces of state on your device, such as your daily streak counter, your settings (background music and sound effects), your resolved install audience, and a flag indicating whether the install referrer has been fetched. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

The App also uses your device's Google Advertising ID, as described in Section 2.2. You can reset this identifier at any time from device Settings.

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Because our third-party providers (Google, TikTok) operate globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Those providers commit to safeguards required by applicable law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See each provider's policy for details.

13. CONTACT US

If you have questions, comments, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us at:

Email: lprudnikova30@gmail.com

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and at the latest within thirty (30) days of receiving your request, or sooner where required by local law.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, if the change is material, we will provide additional notice (for example through an in-app message). Your continued use of the App after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

A history of material changes will be maintained in the App's update notes on the Google Play Store.
