- If You log in with “Sign in with Apple,” biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID) is handled entirely by Apple; Rayodoes not access or store any biometric data.
- Images containing human faces that You upload are used solely for generating AI video effects (e.g., stylizations or transformations).
- Uploaded images are temporarily stored on secure servers for processing and are automatically deleted shortly after generation. Trusted third-party rendering providers may assist in processing; they are contractually bound not to retain or misuse any data.
- By using the camera or upload feature, You consent to this limited and temporary use of Your images strictly for creative purposes.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring usage within the App.
