Qulex is a company-restricted internal application designed exclusively for authorized employees of the organization. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when employees use the App.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to: - Authorized employees whose accounts are provisioned by the organization - Internal business use of the Qulex mobile application
Qulex is not intended for public use, and no public user registration is available.
2. Account Creation and Access
- User accounts are created and managed by a Super Admin designated by the organization.
- Employees receive login credentials (username and password) directly from the organization.
- Users cannot self-register within the App.
- Users cannot delete their own accounts. Account deactivation or deletion is handled centrally by the Super Admin in accordance with company policy.
3. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following types of information strictly for internal business purposes:

- Employee name
- Employee ID or username
- Company email address
- Department or role information

No data is collected beyond what is necessary for operational, security, and administrative purposes.

- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

- When an employee leaves the organization, their account may be deactivated or deleted by the Super Admin according to company policy.

As Qulex is an internal company application: - Users cannot create or delete accounts independently. - Requests related to account updates, access changes, or data correction should be directed to the organization’s IT or Admin team.
9. Children’s Privacy
Qulex is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
