Quiet Lift is a workout tracker that runs entirely on your device. This
policy is short because there isn't much to say: the app doesn't collect
your data, because it never leaves your phone in the first place.

WHAT QUIET LIFT STORES
When you log a workout, exercise, or set, that information is saved in a
local database on your device using standard on-device storage. That's it.
Session names, exercise names, weights, reps, and timestamps never leave
your phone.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
Quiet Lift doesn't collect, transmit, or have access to your data in any
form. Specifically, the app has:

- No account or sign-up, so we have no way to identify you
- No cloud sync or backend server, so there's nowhere for your data to go
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising or ad networks
- No third-party SDKs of any kind

We're not being cagey about this. We simply built the app so that your
workout data is yours alone, and we never see it, because we can't.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
Since everything lives on your device, you're already in full control of
it. Deleting the app deletes your data along with it. There's no account
to close and no server-side copy to request, because none exists.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Quiet Lift does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including
children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy ever changes, for example if a future version of the app
adds an optional feature that involves data leaving your device, we'll
update this page and the in-app version notes will say so clearly. As of
this writing, no such feature exists.
