End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Qudrat Prep (“Application”), operated by Faisal Alnaseri (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
1. License Grant
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial educational purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and applicable platform rules.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any related intellectual property.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and premium features through Apple In-App Purchases.
Subscription Terms
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Pricing and subscription durations are displayed clearly within the Application before purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Application for unlawful purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with the Application’s functionality or servers
Share, resell, or redistribute premium content without authorization
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the platform
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, software, designs, quizzes, educational materials, and related assets within the Application are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Application without prior written permission.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any notes, preferences, or other content you submit to the Application.
By submitting content, you grant the Service Provider a limited license to store and process that content solely for operating and improving the Application.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.
By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & Modifications
The Service Provider may:
Modify or discontinue features at any time
Update the Application without prior notice
Restrict access to parts of the service
Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of content
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always function without errors or interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Service interruptions
Device or software issues arising from use of the Application
Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
10. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Application.
Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to This Agreement
The Service Provider may update this EULA from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted within the Application or associated pages. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
