This privacy policy applies to the Pulse App (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Débora Melissa Melo de Carvalho Souza (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Basic usage statistics, such as time spent on the Application

Collection and Use of Health and Sensitive Data The Application features an emotional diary and mental well-being exercises. To provide these core functionalities, the Application accesses and collects data that you voluntarily input regarding your emotional states, feelings, and physical sensations (collectively, "Health Data"). This Health Data is used strictly within the Application to allow you to track your emotional history and personal well-being.
The Service Provider does not sell, share, or use your Health Data for advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking purposes. All Health Data entered into the emotional diary is stored locally on your device to ensure your utmost privacy and control over your own information.
Third-Party Access The Service Provider does not share your personal information or Health Data with third parties. The Service Provider may only disclose information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Data Retention and Opt-Out Rights Because your Health Data and diary entries are stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can easily stop all collection of information and permanently delete your data by uninstalling the Application or clearing its app data from your device's settings.
Children The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that necessary actions can be taken.
Security The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. By keeping your sensitive data stored locally on your device, the Application minimizes security risks. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches, and securing your physical device is your responsibility.
Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
