- Custom recipes you create

- Ratings you provide

- App settings (theme, language preferences)

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers.

Since no data is collected from your device, there is nothing to share.

### AI Recipe Scanning (Optional)

If you use the "Smart Scan" feature to extract recipes from images, the following applies:

- **Service Provider**: We use **Google Gemini API** (provided by Google LLC) to analyze images.

- **Data Transmission**: When you scan a recipe, the image and its content are temporarily sent to Google's servers for processing.

- **Data Retention**:

    - **We (Proof)** do not store your images on any external server. They are processed and the result is returned to your device.

    - **Google** processes the data in accordance with their [AI Principles](https://ai.google/responsibility/principles/) and [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- **User Choice**: This feature is optional. You can choose to use the "Local" scan mode (OCR) which runs entirely on your device and sends no data to the cloud.

### Other Third-Party Services

**Apart from the AI feature above, we do not use other third-party services.**

The app does not include:

- Analytics services (other than standard app store metrics)

- Advertising networks

- Social media integrations

- Cloud storage services

### Children's Privacy

This app is intended for users of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States, 18+ in other regions). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

- You can delete all data by uninstalling the app
