This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how the PromptDraw application ("we", "our", "the App") collects, uses, stores, and discloses/shares user data. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described herein.

Users may voluntarily enter the following information inside the App:

Personal Info: Name, Telegram username, Email address.

User-Generated Content: Images (drawings) created using the prompt feature.

Purpose of Collection:

App Functionality: To display profile information and manage drawings locally.

Data Disclosure: This information is sent to our Telegram channel only after explicit user consent for the purpose of publicly attributing the artwork.

Storage and Transmission: These data items are stored locally on the user’s device and are only transmitted via the Telegram API with user permission.

2.2. Automatically Collected Data (Collected & Shared)

Through third-party SDKs (Google AdMob, Google Play Services), we automatically collect and share the following data:

Identifiers: Advertising ID, Device ID, Device type, and Operating system.

Location: Approximate Location (non-precise, based on IP address) for ad targeting.

App Activity: App interactions and usage information.

Diagnostics: Crash reports and performance metrics (collected for stability).

Purpose of Collection: Analytics, optimizing ad effectiveness, security, and app stability.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We Share and Disclose data as follows:

Sharing with Third-Party Providers (Google AdMob): We share the Identifiers, Approximate Location, App Activity, and Diagnostics with AdMob for their independent use in targeted advertising and ad reporting.

Disclosure to the Public (Telegram API): With explicit user consent, the Name, Telegram username, and User-Generated Content (Images) are disclosed publicly in our designated Telegram channel to attribute the artwork.

4. Data Usage Purposes

We use data for the following purposes:

App Functionality (enabling features, publishing art).

Analytics (improving performance).

Advertising or Marketing (via AdMob SDK).

Fraud Prevention, Security, and Compliance.

5. Data Deletion Rights

Users have the right to request the deletion of data published to our services (i.e., data sent to the Telegram API).
