Welcome to Priyo (“I”, “my”, “me”). I respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Priyo (the “App”).

Data Storage and Sync

Priyo stores your tasks, notes, and other user-created content on your device.

If you enable iCloud sync, your content is also stored in your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit so it can sync across your devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

User-Created Content

Priyo uses your tasks, notes, and other content only to provide core app functionality, such as creating, displaying, organizing, and syncing your data.

I do not sell your user-created content or use it for advertising.

Purchase Information

Priyo offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock Plus features.

To validate purchases, restore access, and manage entitlement status, the App may process limited purchase-related information, including:

- A non-identifying app user ID
- Country or storefront information
- Purchase status and entitlement status
- Purchase type, such as whether Plus has been unlocked

Payment transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. I do not collect or store your payment card details.

Third-Party Services

Priyo relies on Apple services, such as the App Store and iCloud/CloudKit, to support purchases and optional sync functionality.

Priyo may also use a third-party purchase management service to help validate purchases, restore access, and manage entitlement status. This service does not receive your payment card details from me.

Data Sharing

I do not sell your personal information.

Your information is shared only as needed to operate the App’s core functionality, including with Apple for iCloud sync and App Store purchases, and with the purchase management provider for entitlement and restore functionality.

Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 17 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I make changes, I will post the updated Privacy Policy here and revise the effective date above.
