Lucky Arcade ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use our local arcade-style mini game experience.

Lucky Arcade is designed as a local entertainment app. The App includes casual mini games, virtual rewards, achievements, daily check-ins, collection items, leaderboards with simulated non-player entries, and a Lucky Slots mode using local virtual Coin Stake multipliers.

The App does not require account registration, does not collect personal information, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not sell or share personal data.

We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any of the following information:

- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Camera or microphone data

3. Local Gameplay Data

The App may display loading indicators, progress messages, or HUD-style screens to simulate network-like behavior for a more complete arcade experience.

These simulated loading experiences are local interface effects only. They do not send your gameplay data, device data, or personal information to our servers.

5. Virtual Items and Lucky Slots

Lucky Arcade may include virtual items such as Coins, Stars, Shards, badges, reel styles, achievements, and leaderboard progress.

Lucky Slots uses free local spins and optional local virtual Coin Stake multipliers. These features are for entertainment only.

Virtual items in the App:

- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Cannot be transferred outside the App
- Do not represent gambling, betting, lottery, casino winnings, or financial rewards
- Are not connected to real-money purchases or real-money gameplay

The App does not provide real-money gambling, cash-out features, prize redemption, or purchase-based betting.

6. Leaderboards and Simulated Players

The App may show leaderboard entries, league rankings, or other player-like records for entertainment purposes. Some non-user entries may be prewritten simulated data.

Your own displayed progress, scores, and activity are based on your real local gameplay data stored on your device. Simulated entries are not real users and do not involve collecting data from other players.

7. Device Permissions

The App is designed to function without requesting access to sensitive device permissions such as:

- Photos
- Bluetooth
- Health data

The App may use standard device features such as sound playback and haptic feedback. These features do not require us to collect personal information.

The App may use standard Apple system services required for app distribution, installation, crash reporting, diagnostics, or App Store operation. Any information processed by Apple is handled according to Apple's own privacy policies and user settings.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require accounts and does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly store personal information from any user, including children.

If you believe that personal information has been provided to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete such information if applicable.

Because gameplay data is stored locally on your device, protecting access to your device helps protect your App data. We recommend using device-level security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID when available.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but the App is designed to minimize privacy risk by avoiding the collection and transmission of personal information.

11. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you delete it, reset applicable app data, or uninstall the App.

We do not maintain server-side user accounts or server-side gameplay records.

You may control your experience in the following ways:

- You may adjust in-app settings such as sound, haptics, and reduced motion.
- You may stop using the App at any time.
- You may delete the App to remove locally stored app data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
