Use of Licensed Application: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to install and use the Licensed Application on a device that you own or control, such as an iPhone or iPod touch. This license is granted in accordance with the Usage Rules as defined in Section 9.b. of the App Store Terms and Conditions. You may not install, use, or distribute the application on devices you do not own or control, nor may you make the application available over a network that allows multiple devices to use it simultaneously.
b. Restrictions: You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the application to any third party. You are also prohibited from copying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Licensed Application, except where expressly allowed by law or as specifically authorized under the licensing terms of any open-source components included in the application.
c. Updates and Upgrades: Any updates, bug fixes, or supplementary content that are provided by the Application Provider and replace or supplement the original Licensed Application will be governed by the terms of this Privacy Policy, unless accompanied by a separate license.
2. Consent to Use of Data
By using the Licensed Application, you consent to the collection and processing of certain technical data related to your device, system, and application software. This information may be collected periodically to facilitate updates, product support, and the delivery of services related to the Licensed Application. The Application Provider may use this data in an aggregated form that does not personally identify you, in order to improve the application and other products, and to provide you with additional services.
Note: The Application Provider does not collect, store, or track any personal content or information you input into the Licensed Application.
3. Termination of License
This license remains in effect until terminated by either you or the Application Provider. The Application Provider may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any terms of this Privacy Policy. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies, in whole or in part, from your devices.
4. Third-Party Services and Materials
The Licensed Application may provide access to third-party services, websites, or content ("Third-Party Services and Materials"). Access to these third-party services may require an internet connection and acceptance of additional terms. By using these services, you acknowledge that the Application Provider is not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites.
You agree to use any third-party services at your own risk, and you understand that the Application Provider is not responsible for any harm that may arise from using these services, including but not limited to issues related to financial information, location data, or other third-party content.
Location Data: Any location data provided by the services is intended solely for basic navigation and should not be relied upon for critical purposes. The Application Provider makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of location data.
Content from Third Parties: The Application Provider is not liable for any offensive, indecent, or objectionable content that may appear in any third-party services or websites.
5. No Warranty
The Licensed Application is provided to you "as-is" and "as available". The Application Provider does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or accuracy of the Licensed Application or any services provided through it. The Application Provider disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
The Application Provider does not warrant that the application will meet your requirements, that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Licensed Application. This includes damages for loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if the Application Provider was advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total liability of the Application Provider, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of $50.00.
7. Export Control and Legal Compliance
You may not use, export, or re-export the Licensed Application in violation of applicable U.S. export laws. This includes compliance with U.S. embargo restrictions and export control regulations.
By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any country subject to U.S. government embargo or listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list.
8. U.S. Government Rights
If you are a U.S. government user, the Licensed Application and related documentation are considered "Commercial Items," and your use is governed by the applicable provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and its supplements.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. You may also be subject to additional local, state, national, or international laws depending on your location.

Your continued use of the Licensed Application after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
