This privacy policy applies to the DOCSY+ app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Praduman Pandey (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

All user data, including personal and health-related information, is securely stored using Firebase (Google Cloud services).

The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share user personal or health data with any unauthorized third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize user personal or health data in any form.
However, the Application uses limited third-party services for essential functionality:
SMS Service (MSG91 or similar)
👉 Only patient name and phone number may be shared via secure API
👉 This is used strictly for sending appointment confirmation messages

- Google Play Services
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
These services may process limited technical data as per their own privacy policies.
Location Data
The Application may collect approximate location data to:
- Improve user experience
- Provide location-based features (if required)
This data is used in aggregated form and is not used to personally identify users.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user data:
- As long as the Application is in use
- For a reasonable period thereafter

Children’s Privacy
