1.4 Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access VizyBox, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.

1.5 Log Data:  Log Data refers to information automatically collected when you use the Platform, which may include cookies, web beacons, log files, and scripts, among other methods, Technical information, including mobile carrier details, browser configurations, IP address, device version, and identification number;

  • Search history and activities on the Platform, such as search terms, visited social media profiles, used mini applications, and accessed content;
  • Communication details, such as the identity of users you've interacted with, along with timestamps and durations of communications;
  • Metadata associated with items shared on the Platform, like the date, time, or location of shared photographs or videos.

This includes addressing public safety, fraud, security, or technical issues.

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your VizyBox account and accessing the settings. You can also delete content and your account/profile anytime. However, we retain your activity and account history on our platform. You can update your personal information anytime by logging in and visiting your profile. To stop unwanted emails, follow the instructions in the message. Note that until your account is deleted, you'll still receive system emails. 6. Children's Privacy

VizyBox is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
