This Privacy Policy explains how Turker Alan ("We," "Our," or "Us") collects, uses, and discloses information from users ("User") of the PicsArt: Turn Photos to AI Art mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

A. Photos and Face Data (Complete Transparency)

When you use the App, you select or take a photo to generate AI art. These photos may contain identifiable elements such as faces, people, or other personal visuals.

What We Collect:
- Photographs uploaded by you, which may contain human faces
- We do NOT extract, analyze, or store facial recognition data, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or any facial features separately from the photos
- Photos are processed as complete images only

What Happens to Your Photos:
- Your photo is temporarily uploaded to our third-party AI processing service, Fal AI (https://fal.ai), solely for applying artistic transformations
- The entire photo, including any faces present, is sent to Fal AI for processing
- No facial recognition, facial analysis, identity verification, emotion detection, or feature extraction is performed
- The transformation is purely artistic and treats the photo as a whole image

What Fal AI Does:
- Fal AI processes your image and returns the transformed version
- It does NOT store your photos permanently on their servers
- It does NOT use your photos for AI model training
- It does NOT share your photos with any other parties
- It does NOT perform facial recognition or analysis
- Images are automatically and permanently deleted from Fal AI servers immediately upon completion of processing (typically within 5-15 seconds)

What We Don't Do:
- We do NOT permanently store your uploaded photos on our servers
- We do NOT reuse your images for any purpose
- We do NOT share your original or generated images with anyone except Fal AI for processing
- We do NOT extract or analyze facial features
- We do NOT perform facial recognition or identification
- No photo history is maintained on our servers

What You Control:
- You have complete control over what photos you upload
- If you choose to save the generated AI image, it is stored only on your local device (in your photo gallery)
- We do not have access to your saved content unless you explicitly share it
- You can delete generated images from your device at any time
- Each photo processing session is independent and temporary

Security Measures:
- All photo transmissions to and from Fal AI are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Your data is protected during transit

B. Personal Information (What We Don't Collect)

You do not need to sign in or provide personal details such as your name or email address to use the App. We do not directly collect any personally identifiable information.

C. Automatically Collected Data (Via Third Parties)

When you use the App, some non-personal data is automatically collected by our service providers for advertising and performance purposes:

- Log & Usage Data: Interaction details (e.g., features used, session time, crashes)
- Device Identifiers: Device model, OS version, and advertising ID (e.g., Apple IDFA or Google Ad ID)
- Approximate Location: Based on IP address, used only to show relevant ads or analyze usage trends

D. Financial Information (For Subscribers Only)

If you purchase a subscription, your payment is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card details or any payment-related data.

2. How We Use Information

We and our partners use limited collected data only for the following purposes:

- AI Image Generation: To process your uploaded photo through Fal AI and generate the requested artwork
- App Functionality: To ensure the App runs properly and efficiently
- Advertising: To show relevant ads in the free version (via Google AdMob)
- Subscriptions: To verify your subscription status and unlock premium features
- Improvement: To analyze crashes and improve the overall experience

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We partner with trusted third-party providers that help deliver certain features in the App. These services have access only to the data necessary for their function and are contractually required to handle it securely.

A. Fal AI (Image Processing)

Purpose: AI-powered artistic transformation of photos

Data Shared: Your uploaded photos (which may contain faces)

How They Use It:
- Temporarily receives your uploaded photo to apply artistic AI transformations
- Images are NOT stored permanently on their servers
- Does NOT retain any user images for AI training or reuse
- Does NOT perform facial recognition or analysis
- Images are deleted immediately after the transformation process (typically within 5-15 seconds)

Data Retention: ZERO - All images are deleted immediately after processing

B. Google AdMob (Advertising - Free Version Only)

Purpose: Display advertisements to support the free version of the App

Data Shared: Device's Advertising ID and related data

How They Use It: To serve relevant ads based on your interests

Your Control: You can manage ad personalization through your device settings

C. App Store Payment Processors (Apple / Google)

Purpose: Process subscription purchases

Data Shared: Payment information (handled entirely by Apple/Google, not by us)

How They Use It: To complete your purchase and manage your subscription

4. Face Data - Summary Section

What face data we collect: Photographs that may contain human faces (no separate facial recognition data is collected)

How we use face data: Only for applying artistic style transformations as you request

Who we share with: Fal AI only, temporarily, for processing purposes

Where it's stored: Temporarily on Fal AI servers during processing only

How long we keep it: ZERO retention - deleted immediately after processing (5-15 seconds)

Your rights: You control what you upload and can delete saved images from your device anytime

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

If you believe your child has provided us with any personal information, please contact us immediately to take appropriate action.

6. Your Rights and Data Control

Because we do not store your photos or personal identifiers, we hold very limited information that can be linked to you.

You Can:
- Control what photos you upload to the App
- Delete generated images from your device at any time
- Manage advertising IDs through your device settings
- Request information about data collected by our third-party partners
- Contact us with any privacy concerns

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data handled by our partners:
- Encrypted transmission of all photos (HTTPS/TLS)
- No permanent storage of your photos
- Trusted third-party partners with strong security practices
- Regular security reviews and updates

8. International Data Transfers

Your photos may be temporarily processed on Fal AI servers, which may be located in different countries. All transfers are protected by encryption and follow applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top.

Changes are effective immediately after publication. We encourage you to review this Policy occasionally for the latest updates.

If we make significant changes to how we handle face data or photos, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means.
