This Privacy Policy explains how Digimight collects information in our mobile and computer apps and how this information is used.
Personal Information
We do not share your information with any third parties, with the exception of verified and secure e-commerce payment providers. When placing orders, our e-commerce provider handles your personal information and keeps it absolutely safe and secure—in fact, even we cannot access your credit card information. Your personal information (excluding credit card data) is shared with us only for administration purposes. You can always choose not to provide your personal details, though they might be needed to make a purchase or take advantage of some of Digimight specific features.
Information Collection and Use
Digimight collects personal information to improve the manner in which we operate and offer our products and services, communicate with you about those products and services, and provide effective, timely customer support when needed. We may collect the following information from our users: depending upon the activity and may include your name, gender, birth date, email address, device type, operating system, statistical and usage data (as further explained below), we also collect either credit card information or bank information, depending on your form of payment, though we do not store any credit card information once your transaction is complete. In addition, we may collect other data that you may provide in surveys or online profiles, for instance.
We also collect Non-Personal Information, a term that refers to data that does not identify you. Such information can be related to the Games (including but not limited to your in-game score, how long you’ve been playing, and your in-game activities) or to the general use (including but not limited to internet protocol addresses, browser types, browser languages, referring and exit URLs, and number of clicks).
We reserve the right to use all content generated by our users. By such content, we mean all content that users publish through the game and that is visible to other users (including but not limited to wall posts, sent messages, and other kinds of interaction with other players). Please note that Digimight does not guarantee the protection of any Personal Information posted in comments and/or on user walls. With that in mind, please double-check information before publishing it in the public domain. We are in no way responsible for how that information is used by other parties.
Childrens privacy
We do not disclose any personal information about children under 13 years of age to third parties, regardless of parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at digimight@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Advertising ID
In-Game Advertising: Our games may incorporate dynamic advertisement serving technology offered by our Advertising Network Providers (AdProviders), which enables advertising to be temporarily uploaded into the game and replaced while you play. Logged data may include Internet Protocol Address or players user name, in game location, length of time an advertisement was visible, size of the advertisements, and angle of view. Your game may be assigned an ID number, which is stored on your device, and used by Ad Providers to calculate the number of unique and repeat views of dynamic in-game advertising. The ID number is not associated with any personal data. No logged information is used to personally identify you. The servers used by the Ad Providers may be located outside your country of residence. This ad serving technology is integrated into the game; if you do not want to use this technology, do not play the game while connected to the Internet.
Public Data: Your participation in online game events is conditional upon you agreeing to us collecting, using, storing, transmitting and publicly displaying statistical data (such as your scores, rankings and achievements) generated through your participation.
Third-Party Data Collection and Use of End-User Information
Service Providers: We may transfer personal information to third party service providers that perform services on our behalf, for example processing payment, or otherwise collect, use, disclose, store or process personal information on our behalf for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Some of these service providers may be located in a country other than where you reside and your personal information may be stored or processed in those countries. We take reasonable contractual measures to ensure that our service providers provide appropriate protection for your personal information and use your personal information only for the purpose of providing the services to us. Your personal information is subject to the legal requirements of the country in which it is located, including lawful requirements to disclose information to government authorities in those countries. Credit Card Transactions
We do not store any credit card information (name, credit card number, and expiration date) for any purchases made on our site.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use any our app. Also, if there is a substantive change in the way that we use your personal information, we will notify you via email of the relevant changes. If you choose to opt-out of our changed practice, our email will contain instructions on how to opt-out. Your continued use of our apps will signify your acceptance of the changes to our Privacy Policy.
