- Application** means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named **Atmosphere**.

We use **Google Firebase** and **Google AdMob** services, which may collect data to improve app performance and serve relevant advertisements.
### Permissions
The Application may request access to your device's storage (Read/Write permissions). This is strictly used for:
- Saving/Downloading video and audio files for offline use.
- Uploading your own audio files to the mixer.
We do **not** access your photos, contacts, or other private data unrelated to the app's functionality.

### Advertising (AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use cookies and unique device identifiers to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
### Content Providers
Our Application fetches content (Images, Videos, Sounds) from public APIs including **Pexels**, **Pixabay**, and **Freesound**. We do not share your personal data with these providers, but your IP address might be visible to them when fetching data.
## 4. Retention of Your Data
We will retain Your Usage Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Local data (saved mixes, settings) is stored on your device and can be deleted by you at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the Application.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
