Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Predokhraniteli Lada, VAZ mobile application (the “Application”), developed by GoodWin-23 (the “Service Provider”), and provided as a free service. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

1. No Data Collection by the Service Provider

The Service Provider does not collect, store, process, or share any personal or device-related information from users of the Application.

Specifically, the Service Provider does not collect:

• IP addresses
• Pages or screens visited inside the Application
• Time and date of use or time spent on screens
• Operating system version or device model
• Precise or approximate location data

The Service Provider does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, or phone number, in order to use the Application.

The Service Provider does not use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to process any data.

2. Third-Party Services (Google Play Services & AdMob)

The Application may integrate third-party services provided by Google LLC, including Google Play Services and AdMob, for the purpose of distributing the Application through Google Play and displaying advertisements.

These third-party services may automatically collect certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device identifiers, approximate location, and interaction with ads, as described in their own privacy policies.

The Service Provider has no access to, control over, or responsibility for the data collected by Google Play Services or AdMob. Any such data processing is governed exclusively by Google’s privacy policy.

3. No Marketing Communications

Because the Service Provider does not collect your contact information, you will not receive marketing messages, promotional emails, required notices, or similar communications from the Service Provider through the Application.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider does not maintain servers or databases containing user data. Any information that may be stored locally on your device by the Application can be deleted by uninstalling the Application.

If you believe that the Service Provider may inadvertently possess any of your data, you may contact the Service Provider at pasonicipasonici@gmail.com, and your request will be reviewed within a reasonable time.

5. Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13, or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction. The Application is not directed to children.

Since the Service Provider does not collect user data, there is no intentional collection or storage of personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact pasonicipasonici@gmail.com.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You may stop any third-party data collection by Google services and AdMob by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the Google Play Store.

7. Security

The Service Provider does not process or store user data; therefore, no specific security measures are required on the Service Provider’s side.

Third-party services, including Google, may apply their own physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data they process. Please refer to Google’s privacy policy for more details.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post any changes by updating the “Effective date” at the top of this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy and acknowledge that:

• The Service Provider does not collect user data.
• Google Play Services and AdMob may collect data as described in Google’s privacy policy.
• Questions regarding data processing by Google should be directed to Google.
