Welcome to Portraiz, an app designed to generate AI-generated images from a single portrait picture. The app allows users to easily create professional photos in various themes, environments, and clothing styles. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Portraiz app.

Portraiz is developed by Pál Gábor (the "Developer"). By using Portraiz, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection

We collect the following types of information when you use the Portraiz app:

• Personal Information: When you create an account or log in using Firebase Authentication, we may collect your email address and other account-related data.

• Image Data: When you upload your portrait photo, the image is stored in Firebase Storage and shared with the RunningHub service for AI processing.

• Token Information: Tokens earned or purchased are stored in Firebase Firestore.

3. Use of Data

We use your data to create and manage your account, process your uploads, generate images, manage tokens and purchases, communicate updates, and ensure app functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

Personal data and images are securely stored in Firebase and processed by RunningHub. We apply industry-standard security measures.

Image Retention:
• Uploaded images are stored in Firebase Storage.
• Images sent to RunningHub are used only for processing and deleted according to RunningHub’s policy.

5. In-App Purchases

Portraiz offers optional in-app purchases handled by Apple’s payment system. No payment data is stored by Portraiz.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Data is shared only with:

• RunningHub (image processing partner)
• Firebase (authentication and storage provider)

RunningHub processes images for generation and may retain them temporarily according to their privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

• Images remain in Firebase until you delete them or delete your account.
• Personal data is retained while your account is active.
• Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed.

8. Face Data Collection and Use Policy

1. What Face Data We Collect:
Only the portrait image you upload, containing facial features.

2. Purpose:
Solely for AI image generation. No advertising, profiling, tracking, or model training.

3. Third-Party Sharing:
Images are uploaded to Firebase and RunningHub only.

4. Storage:
Stored in Firebase and RunningHub’s secure servers.

5. Retention:
Firebase stores images until user deletion.
RunningHub may temporarily store images for processing.
