This privacy policy applies to the Popplin app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Koray Samet Küçükbayraktar (collectively, the "Application"). Koray Samet Küçükbayraktar is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects the following information when you download and use it:
- Gameplay analytics. Gameplay events, such as scores, runs played, upgrade choices, session count, app version and your mobile operating system, are sent to Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). These events are linked to a random identifier created when you install the Application, not to your name or account. They are used only to understand how the game is played and to improve it.
- Advertising. The Application shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location, information about the ads you see and interact with, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information. If you allow it in Apple's tracking prompt, AdMob may also use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads and to measure ads across apps and websites owned by other companies.
- Game Center. Scores you submit are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboards and are shown with your Game Center name. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
- Purchases. In-app purchases, such as Remove Ads, are processed by Apple. The Service Provider never receives your payment details. If you buy Remove Ads, the Application stops showing ads.
- Notifications. If you turn on Daily reminders, they are scheduled on your device and no data is sent to the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect your name, email address, contacts or precise location.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop the use of your advertising identifier for tracking at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Players in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom can change their advertising consent at any time with "Privacy Choices" in the Application's Settings. Buying Remove Ads stops ads from being shown in the Application.
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Because the Application does not use accounts, please include the approximate dates you played so that your data can be located where possible.
Data Retention Policy

- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
