This Privacy Policy applies to the PokAu – Symbol Atlas mobile application (the “Application”) developed by NEXT GEN TOURISM LTD (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application may collect limited information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Internet Protocol address (IP address) of your device
Information about how you interact with the Application, such as pages visited and time spent in the Application
Device information such as operating system version
A unique device identifier associated with push notifications (APNs device token)
An internal user or client identifier generated by the Service Provider’s systems
These identifiers are used solely to enable core functionality of the Application, including the delivery of push notifications and operation of the Service Provider’s backend services.
The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use information associated with your device or account to send important notifications related to the Application’s functionality.
Push Notifications
The Application may request permission to send push notifications to your device.
To enable this feature, the Application transmits a device-specific push notification token to the Service Provider’s servers. This token is used only to deliver notifications relevant to the Application.
Push notification identifiers are not used for advertising tracking and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Access
The Service Provider does not sell personal information.
Information may be disclosed only in the following situations:
when required by law or legal process
when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider or users
with trusted service providers who process data on behalf of the Service Provider and are obligated to protect it
These service providers are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.
Data Retention
The Service Provider retains data only for as long as necessary to provide the Application and its features.

Opt-Out
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that such information has been provided, it will be promptly deleted.
