Playground RP: Open World Privacy Policy

AkulasVzaperty ("we", "us") provides Playground RP: Open World (Android package: com.playground.akulasvzaperty). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game. For privacy questions and requests, contact petrobukle@gmail.com.

1. Game features and information you provide
The game includes online interaction and chat with other players. No account registration or login is required, and the game has no in-app purchases for real money. In-game purchases of vehicles, equipment and other items are gameplay features.
Messages you send are transmitted to make them visible to other players. Messages can remain visible in the game; we do not maintain a separate chat archive. This does not mean that messages disappear immediately or that other players cannot copy them. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include, and use them to respond to your request.

2. Advertising and analytics
The game contains advertising and includes Yandex Mobile Ads and AppMetrica SDKs. These services process information for advertising, measuring advertising performance, analytics and diagnosing technical problems.
Depending on SDK settings and device permissions, this information includes advertising or other device/app identifiers, device and operating-system information, app-version information, crash reports and technical diagnostics. Network services also receive the IP address used to connect to them. Advertising identifiers may be used to select and measure ads.
The current version does not provide an in-game switch for advertising or analytics consent. This policy does not treat installation or continued play as affirmative consent to processing that requires consent.

3. Who receives information
Chat content is delivered to other players through the game's networking services. Yandex Mobile Ads and AppMetrica receive data through their integrated SDKs and process it according to their own policies. Our support email service processes communications you send to us.

These providers may process data outside your country. Their policies describe their processing practices and available privacy controls.

4. Retention and deletion
We do not keep a separate archive of in-game chat. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond to requests and resolve related issues, or where retention is required by law. Data processed by advertising and analytics providers is subject to their retention policies and service settings.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you by emailing petrobukle@gmail.com. Describe your request and provide only the information reasonably needed to locate the relevant data. There is no registered game account to delete. Deletion may depend on our ability to identify the relevant records and on applicable legal retention requirements. Requests concerning provider-held information may require the provider's assistance.

5. Your choices and security
You can choose not to use chat and can stop further collection from the game by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information already transmitted. Android may provide controls to reset or delete your advertising identifier; these controls do not necessarily stop all advertising or analytics processing.
Yandex describes encryption for data transmitted by its SDKs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and messages shared with other players should not be treated as confidential.

6. Changes and contact
