PlannerlyApp ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data through transparent practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information within the PlannerlyApp mobile application.

PlannerlyApp offers two modes of operation: Local Mode and PRO Sync Mode.

• Local Data
If you use the app without creating an account, all financial data (salaries, expenses, trips, and plans) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this information.

• Account Information
When you create a PRO account or sign in with Apple, we collect your email address and an encrypted unique identifier to manage your subscription and synchronize your data.

• Financial Data (Sync)
For users with a PRO account, your financial data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) to allow synchronization across your devices and data recovery after reinstallation.

𝟮. 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

To improve our tools and understand user needs, we use Firebase Analytics. This helps us track:

• Which features are most used (e.g., Trip Planner vs. Finances)
• App performance and crash reports
• Subscription flow conversion (paywall views and purchase success)

All transactions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. PlannerlyApp does not collect or store your credit card or billing information. Your purchase is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, encrypted cloud database (Firestore), and analytics
• MapKit (Apple): Automatic itineraries and location searches

Data is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app.

• Cloud Data
If you have an account, your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the app settings or support.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including Firebase Security Rules and encryption at rest. For local data, we recommend using your device’s native security (Face ID or passcode).
