Ghost Community ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Planks Timer Pro mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

#### A. User-Provided Data
The App allows you to create custom exercises and records your workout history (duration, date, and exercise type). This data is stored **locally on your device** via a Room Database and is not transmitted to our servers.

#### B. Automatically Collected Data (Third-Party)
To monetize the App and provide a better experience, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
- **Google AdMob**: Used for serving Interstitial and Rewarded ads. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve relevant ads. We use the Google Advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt-out of this via your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
- **Google Play Services**: Used for core App functionality.

#### C. Permissions
The App requires the following permissions to function as intended:
- **Internet & Network State**: To load and display advertisements.
- **Post Notifications**: To send you scheduled workout reminders.
- **Exact Alarms**: To ensure session timers and "Rage Mode" triggers function with high precision even when the device is in Doze mode.
- **Haptic Feedback (Vibrate)**: To provide tactile cues during workouts.

## 2. Data Storage
All your fitness data, including workout history, streaks, and custom lab variations, is stored **locally on your device**. We do not have access to this data, and it is deleted if the App is uninstalled unless you have a system-level backup enabled on your Android device.

## 3. Sharing Your Data
The App includes a "Flex Share" feature. When you use this feature, the App generates a bitmap image of your workout stats stored in your device's temporary cache. This image is only shared with other applications (like social media) when you explicitly click the "Share" button.

## 4. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our App;
- To provide the App on our behalf;
- To perform App-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our App is used.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our local records.
