Welcome to Pinko Luck! By using our application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bianca Wolf, governing your use of the App.

1. User Conduct

By using our App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the App. You must not use our App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App. You must not use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its contents, features and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Bianca Wolf, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:

- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the App for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution.

If we provide desktop, mobile or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Bianca Wolf makes no representations or warranties in relation to the App or the information and materials provided on the App.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Bianca Wolf or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the App, with the delay or inability to use the App, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the App, or otherwise arising out of the use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Bianca Wolf or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bianca Wolf and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors, from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

7. Changes to Terms

Pinko Luck reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

Bianca Wolf may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bianca Wolf with respect to the use of the App, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Bianca Wolf.
