This Privacy Policy applies to the Pika Labs AI: Image to Video mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), provided by the Service Provider as a Freemium service. This service is provided “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This information may include:

The pages of the Application that you visit
Software
The time and date of your visit
The time spent on those pages
The total time spent within the Application
The operating system used on your mobile device
This information is used to improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of the Application.
The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.
Face Data
The Application may process face-related information contained in images or videos that users voluntarily upload or select for AI-powered features.
Face data is used only to provide the AI functionality requested by the user, such as generating, transforming, or processing images and videos. The Service Provider does not use face data for facial recognition, identification, authentication, advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
Face data is not sold, rented, or traded.
When necessary to provide the requested AI functionality, images or videos containing face data may be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers, including Poyo AI and other AI processing providers. These providers may process the data only as necessary to provide the requested service and must provide the same or equal level of protection for face data as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not intentionally retain face data longer than necessary to provide the requested functionality. Third-party AI providers may temporarily retain submitted content according to their own privacy and data-retention policies.
Users can stop future face-data processing at any time by discontinuing use of the relevant AI feature. Users may also request deletion of their face data by contacting the Service Provider using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete applicable face data under its control within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal requirements and necessary retention obligations. Where face data has been shared with a third-party AI provider, the Service Provider will request deletion where reasonably possible and subject to that provider’s applicable policies and legal obligations.
Users may revoke their consent for future collection or processing of face data by discontinuing use of the relevant AI feature.
Third-Party AI Processing (Poyo AI & Other Providers)
The Application uses third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers, including Poyo AI and similar AI platforms, to generate AI-based images, videos, and other content.
When you use AI-powered features within the Application, the following data may be transmitted securely to external AI servers:
User-entered text prompts
Selected styles or customization settings
Image/video generation instructions
Images or videos selected by the user, which may contain face data
Other content necessary to process your request
This data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI content and returning results to the Application.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade user prompts or AI-generated content.
All data is transmitted using secure, encrypted communication protocols.
Third-party AI providers (such as Poyo AI, OpenAI, Google AI, or similar services) may process and temporarily store data as required to provide their services. The Service Provider does not control their internal data retention practices.
Users are encouraged to review the respective privacy policies of these providers.
User prompts, face data, and AI-generated data are not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes by the Service Provider.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses AI technologies to:
Generate content based on user input
Enhance user experience
Provide automated creative tools
AI systems process user data only to deliver requested functionality.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information.

Requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect user data.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
