# Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Pic Reminder app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by JiNCHi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
## Information Collection and Use
The Application is designed to work entirely on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any external server.
All data you create in the Application — including your reminders, notification designs, selected background images, and selected alarm sounds — is stored locally on your device only. Background images and alarm sounds that you choose are copied into the Application's private folder so that the Application keeps working even if the original files are deleted. This data is never uploaded or shared with the Service Provider or any third party.
The Application does not gather any precise or approximate information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not collect analytics, usage statistics, advertising identifiers, your IP address, or any browsing information.
The Application may read basic device information (such as the operating system version and manufacturer) solely on your device, in order to show the correct battery-optimization and permission guidance for your device model. This information is not transmitted off the device.
## Permissions
To provide its core features, the Application requests the following device permissions. They are used only for the stated purpose and do not involve sending your data anywhere:
- Notifications / Exact alarms / Full-screen intent: to show your reminders at the scheduled time, including over the lock screen.
- Display over other apps (overlay): to present the full-screen reminder above the lock screen.
- Ignore battery optimizations: to ensure scheduled reminders fire reliably.
- Access to selected media (images and audio): only the files you explicitly choose are used, and only to set a reminder's background image or alarm sound.
## Third Party Access
The Application does not transmit your data to third-party services. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated.
Because the Application is distributed through the Google Play Store, Google Play Services may process limited technical information as part of app distribution and updates, in accordance with Google's own policies:

The Service Provider may disclose information only:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
## Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data storage by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Uninstalling the Application removes all locally stored data.
## Data Retention Policy
All data is stored locally on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed. The Service Provider does not retain any of your data, because no data is collected off the device. Removing individual reminders within the Application, or uninstalling the Application, deletes the corresponding data from your device.
## Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Because the Application does not collect personal information at all, no such information is transmitted or stored by the Service Provider. ## Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since your data remains on your device, its security is protected by your device's own operating system and the safeguards you have enabled (such as screen lock and device encryption).
## Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
