This Privacy Policy applies to the PFT Tracker - CG mobile application (the “Application”) created by YaMorales (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:

- The pages or screens within the Application that you visit
- The time and date of your visit
- The amount of time spent using the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal data or provide app features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you occasionally with important notices, updates, or information related to the Application.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address. Any information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated and anonymized data may be periodically shared with external services to help improve the Application and user experience.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward.

Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s internet usage and help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing children never to provide personal information without permission.
