PetDiaryPRO helps you organize your pet’s care, health records, routines, and memories. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information stored in the app
Information you choose to enter may include your name, contact details, pet profiles, microchip numbers, photographs, diary entries, recordings, veterinary contacts, appointments, medications, vaccinations, care routines, expenses, and scanned documents.
This information is stored on your device and used to provide the features you select. You do not need to create a separate PetDiaryPRO account. We do not operate a server that collects your pet diary, sell personal information, or use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
iCloud and Apple services
Where available and enabled, iCloud synchronization stores supported records in the private iCloud database associated with your own Apple Account, allowing synchronization between your devices. The developer does not have access to other users’ private iCloud records. Apple processes information under its own terms and Privacy Policy.
Device backups and calendar synchronization depend on your Apple and calendar settings. Some preferences and Petagochi progress may remain stored locally.
Permissions and on-device processing
The app may request access to your camera, selected photos, microphone, calendars, and notifications for features you choose to use. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
Document scanning and text recognition are performed on your device. The app does not send your documents or recordings to an external AI service. It does not continuously track your GPS location or access your address book.
Widgets and notifications may display pet names and care information on your device. Siri and App Shortcuts operate through Apple’s system services and privacy settings.
Exports, purchases, and support
When you export or share a pet ID PDF, medical record, sitter guide, or other document, its contents are sent to the destination you select. Recipients and other services manage their own copies. Deleting an original record does not delete previously shared documents.
Apple handles payments and subscriptions through the App Store. The app uses purchase information to unlock eligible features; we do not receive your full payment card details.
Bug reports are shared only when you choose to send them. They may include your description, attachments, and optional app version, build number, iOS version, and device model. Information you send to flappybird69@icloud.com is used to answer your request and resolve problems, and retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes or legal obligations. Apple may also provide diagnostics according to your Apple settings.
Retention, deletion, and your rights
You can edit or delete records and use Delete All My Data in the app. When iCloud synchronization is active, deletions are passed to Apple’s synchronization service. Uninstalling the app or disabling sync does not necessarily delete cloud copies, backups, calendar events, or exported files.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, or object to processing. For information sent directly to us, contact the email below. We process support correspondence to respond to requests, maintain the app, and meet legal obligations. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
The app is intended for pet owners and caregivers and does not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. We use Apple’s storage and permission mechanisms, but no system guarantees absolute security.
We may update this policy as features or practices change and will revise the date above.
