# Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Peptide Stack Tracker (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
## 2. Purpose of the App
Peptide Stack Tracker is a personal tracking and logging tool. The App is designed to help users organize protocol schedules, dose logs, reminders, inventory, and related personal tracking information.
The App does not sell, source, distribute, prescribe, recommend, or promote any peptide, compound, medication, supplement, or treatment.
## 3. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Information shown in the App is for personal organization and tracking only.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding compounds, protocols, dosages, schedules, administration, sourcing, legality, and health outcomes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any health-related protocol.
If you experience adverse symptoms or a medical emergency, stop use and seek medical attention immediately.
## 4. User Responsibility
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of information you enter into the App.
- Your use of any compound or protocol you choose to track.
- Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Managing your own App Store subscriptions.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
## 5. Accounts and Sign-In
The App may allow you to create an account or sign in using email/password, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or another supported authentication method.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials or device.
## 6. Subscriptions and Payments
Peptide Stack Tracker may offer paid subscription features through Peptide Pro. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Available subscription options may include monthly and yearly plans. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the App Store purchase flow before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting your App account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
## 7. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it is available only under the terms shown in the App Store purchase flow. At the end of the trial, the subscription will renew at the displayed price unless canceled before the trial ends.
## 8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.
## 9. Notifications and Apple Health
The App may request permission to send notifications for reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
The App may request permission to read selected Apple Health data, such as weight, resting heart rate, or heart rate variability. Apple Health access is optional and can be managed in the iOS Health app or Settings.
## 10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

## 11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account from within the App through Profile settings. Account deletion removes your account and local app data that is not required to be retained by law.
Account deletion does not cancel App Store subscriptions. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID.
## 12. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, text, graphics, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
## 13. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
You use the App at your own risk.
## 14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including health outcomes, legal consequences, loss of data, loss of profits, subscription charges, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
## 15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
