Peptide Stack Tracker (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

## 1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to keep your protocol data private and primarily stored on your device. We may collect or process the following information:

### Account Information
If you create an account or sign in, we may collect your email address, display name, and authentication identifier. Authentication may be handled through Firebase Authentication, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email/password login.

### Protocol and Tracking Data
The App lets you enter and manage information such as your stack, compounds, schedules, dose logs, administration sites, inventory, notes, reminder preferences, and related tracking details.

### Health and Fitness Data
If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App may read health values such as weight, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability. Apple Health access is optional and requires your permission.

### Subscription Information
If you purchase Peptide Pro, your subscription is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

## 2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide core app features, including stack tracking, dose logging, scheduling, reminders, inventory, and analytics.
- Authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
- Display subscription status and unlock Pro features.
- Show optional health insights if you grant Apple Health permission.
- Provide support and respond to requests.
- Maintain app safety, reliability, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not use third-party tracking SDKs.

## 3. Where Information Is Stored

Most protocol, dose, stack, inventory, and analytics data is stored locally on your device.

Account authentication information is handled by Firebase Authentication and the identity provider you choose, such as Apple, Google, or email/password.

Apple Health data is read only with your permission and is used to display health-related insights inside the App.

Subscription and payment processing is handled by Apple.

## 4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information except when necessary to operate the App or comply with the law. This may include:

- Firebase Authentication for account management.
- Apple for App Store purchases, subscriptions, Sign in with Apple, push notifications, and Apple Health permissions.
- Google Sign-In if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Legal or regulatory authorities if required by applicable law.

## 5. Apple Health Data

Apple Health data is used only to provide health-related tracking and analytics inside the App. We do not sell Apple Health data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
