2. FAQ

App doesn’t receive notifications

Make sure notifications are allowed in system Settings.

Check that Do Not Disturb mode isn’t blocking notifications.

Widgets or Live Activities not updating

Ensure the app is running in background and background refresh is enabled.

If still not updating, try restarting the device or re-adding the widget.

How to add a parking lot

Tap “Add Parking Lot” on the main page, fill in the name and pricing rules.

Save QR codes for each lot to simplify payments.

Notification reminder settings

Customize how early you want to be reminded (5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.).

If permission is denied, the app will prompt you to enable notifications.

How to configure tiered pricing

Add multiple time periods and their corresponding prices in the parking lot details.

Supports unlimited duration with duration = -1.

Multi-language support

App can follow system language or switch manually to Chinese, English, Japanese, French, etc.

A restart may be required to fully apply the language change.

3. How to Use

Start Parking: Select a parking lot → choose reminder time → tap “Start Parking”.

Check Parking Time: View via Lock Screen Live Activities or widgets.

Manage Parking Lots: Add, edit, or delete parking lots in “Parking Lot Management”.

Payment & QR Codes: Scan saved QR codes for quick payments.
