- **App Performance Data** — Collected via Firebase Performance Monitoring to improve app speed
### 2.3 Location Data
You provide your **birth location** (via the interactive map) for the purpose of generating your birth chart only. We do **not** track your real-time or current GPS location.

Pahanmi AI provides:
- **AI-Powered Astrology Chat** — Personalized astrological responses based on your Vedic birth chart
- **Birth Chart Generation** — Vedic birth chart (Kundali) calculations based on user-provided birth details
- **Expert Astrology Panel** — Connection to professional human astrologers for paid consultations
- **VIP Consultation Service** — Private one-on-one sessions with Mr. Suchith Gunarathna

## 3. User Accounts
### 3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least **13 years of age** to use this App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.
### 3.2 Google Sign-In
Account creation and login are handled exclusively via **Google Sign-In**. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure.
### 3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide **accurate, current, and complete** birth details when setting up your profile. Inaccurate birth details will result in inaccurate astrological readings, for which we cannot be held responsible.
### 3.4 Account Activation
New accounts may require manual activation by our team. You will receive a push notification once your account is activated and ready to use.

## 4. Credit System & Payments
### 4.1 Credits
The App operates on a **credit-based system**. A minimum of **20 credits** is required to send each AI chat message.
### 4.2 Top-Up
Credits can be purchased by contacting us via **WhatsApp** through the in-app top-up feature. Credit packs are offered at various price points (e.g., 1000 credits for Rs. 1000).
### 4.3 No Refunds
All credit purchases are **final and non-refundable**, except where required by applicable law. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
### 4.4 Credit Expiry
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

You agree **NOT** to:

- ❌ Attempt to bypass the credit system
- ❌ Share, resell, or distribute AI-generated content for commercial purposes without written consent

## 7. Expert Panel & VIP Consultations
### 7.1 Human Astrologers
The Expert Astrology Panel consists of independent professional astrologers. Their readings represent their personal professional opinions.
### 7.2 VIP Consultation
The VIP Google Meet consultation with Mr. Suchith Gunarathna is a paid service. Bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged via WhatsApp. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking.

## 8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, animations, AI responses, and the Pahanmi brand — is the **exclusive property of Pahanmi Group** and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

## 9. App Updates & Maintenance
We reserve the right to:
- Release mandatory app updates that require you to update to continue using the service
- Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance (you will be notified in-app)
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time

## 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pahanmi Group shall **not be liable** for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- Loss of data, credits, or service interruptions
- Decisions made based on AI-generated astrological content
- Actions of independent human astrologers on the Expert Panel
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of credits you purchased in the **12 months** prior to the claim.

## 11. Termination
We reserve the right to **suspend or terminate** your account at any time, without notice, if you:

- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the credit system or the AI chat
Upon termination, your access to the App and your credits will be forfeited.
