- Upload or submit photos of other people without their explicit consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's infrastructure
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the exclusive property of the developer.

The App stores outfit photos, wardrobe data, and rating history **locally on your device**. Outfit photos submitted for AI analysis are temporarily transmitted to OpenAI's servers over encrypted HTTPS connections and are not permanently stored on our servers.

## 7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

**Subscription Terms:**
- Subscriptions **automatically renew** unless canceled at least **24 hours** before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation
- Manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via **Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions** on your device
- No refunds for partial subscription periods, unless required by applicable law
- A free trial may be offered; cancellation before the trial ends prevents any charge
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple. We do not receive, access, or store your payment card details.

## 8. Service Limitations
The App requires an **active internet connection** for AI-powered features (outfit rating, wardrobe analysis, outfit generation). We are not responsible for the App's inability to function due to:
- Lack of internet connectivity or Wi-Fi availability
- Server downtime of third-party services (OpenAI, RevenueCat)
- Interruptions caused by your mobile carrier
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)
Some features may be unavailable in certain regions due to third-party service restrictions.

## 9. Data Usage & Charges
Using the App outside of a Wi-Fi network may result in data charges from your mobile carrier. AI analysis features transmit image data (encoded as base64) over the internet, which may consume significant mobile data. We are not responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred during your use of the App.

## 10. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to the App
- Ensuring your device has sufficient battery and storage
- The photos you upload — you must have the legal right to use them
- Not uploading photos of other people without their **explicit consent**
- Any decisions made based on AI-generated style advice (for informational purposes only)
We are not liable for damages resulting from failure to maintain device security or for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

## 11. AI Analysis Accuracy & Disclaimer
The outfit ratings, style scores, and fashion advice provided by the App are generated by AI (**OpenAI GPT-4o-mini**) and are intended **for entertainment and informational purposes only**.
**Important disclaimers:**
- AI-generated ratings are subjective and may not reflect professional fashion opinion
- Fashion is inherently subjective; AI advice may not align with personal taste or current trends
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- The App is **not** a substitute for professional styling or fashion advice
- We are not liable for any decisions, purchases, or actions taken based on AI-generated content

## 12. AI Technologies
The App uses **OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini** model for outfit analysis, wardrobe item descriptions, and outfit suggestions. By using these AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Outfit photos you submit will be transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing
- OpenAI may retain submitted data for up to 30 days per their usage policy
- AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- You will not submit photos that are illegal, offensive, or violate third-party rights
- The App developer is not responsible for the accuracy of OpenAI's analysis results
OpenAI's usage policies govern all AI-powered features within the App.

## 13. Updates & Termination
We may update the App periodically to fix bugs, add features, or comply with legal requirements. We reserve the right to **terminate or suspend access** to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Locally stored data will remain on your device until you uninstall the App.
