This Privacy Policy applies to Orbion: Rift Legends (the “Application”), operated by MARLET, spol. s r.o., under the studio name Interstellar studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Application is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases and advertisements. This policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, and retained when you use the Application.
It covers the Android version and, where available, the iOS version. Platform-specific features apply only where those features are offered.

Information We Collect
Account and sign-in information
When you first use the Application, an anonymous game account is created with a unique user ID. This allows us to associate your game progress and other game data with your account without requiring an email address.
If you choose to link your game account to a sign-in provider, we process the information provided through that service:
Google Sign-In: an account identifier and your email address.
Sign in with Apple, on iOS where available: an account identifier and the email address you choose to share. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature, this may be a private relay email address instead of your personal email address.
We do not receive your Google or Apple account password.
Game data
We store data associated with your game account, including game progress, inventory, virtual currencies, rewards, settings, and purchase entitlements. This data is used to operate the game and maintain your progress.
Technical and usage information
The Application and its service providers may process technical and usage information, including:
IP address.
Device model, operating system, and Application version.
App, device, and advertising identifiers, where available and permitted.
Information about sessions, interactions with game features, and advertisements.
Technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
The information processed depends on the platform, the services used, and your privacy settings and consent choices.
Purchase information
If you make an in-app purchase, we may process transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, purchased product details, and purchase status to verify the transaction and deliver or restore purchased content.
Payments are handled by the relevant app store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Support communications
If you contact us, we process your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you provide, such as your game user ID, to respond to your request.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
Create and maintain game accounts.
Save and restore game progress.
Link game accounts to supported sign-in providers.
Verify purchases and deliver purchased content.
Provide advertisements and associated in-game rewards.
Respond to support enquiries and account deletion requests.
Maintain service reliability and security, investigate abuse, and prevent fraud.
Meet applicable legal obligations.
We may use your contact information to respond to you or communicate important account or service-related information.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases, depending on the processing involved:
Performance of a contract: to provide the game features you request, maintain your account, save progress, and fulfil purchases.
Legitimate interests: to maintain and secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support, subject to your rights and interests.
Consent: where required for advertising-related identifiers, personalised advertising, tracking, or other optional processing.
Legal obligations: where processing or retention is required by applicable law.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We use third-party services to operate the Application. Depending on their role, these providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
Google Firebase
We use Google Firebase for backend services, including account authentication and storage of account and game data.
Information processed through Firebase may include your game user ID, linked sign-in details, game progress, and other data needed to operate your account.

On Android, Google services may process information for features such as Google Sign-In, app distribution, and in-app purchases.

Apple services

Unity Ads
The Application uses Unity Ads to display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.
Unity may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, device information, and ad interaction information to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalise advertisements.
Processing depends on your device settings, applicable law, and consent choices.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, legal proceedings, or valid requests from public authorities.
Protect the rights and security of our users and services.
Investigate fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity.
Advertising and Privacy Choices
You can manage available advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings and any privacy choices presented by the Application or its advertising provider.
Where consent or platform permission is required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing takes place. This Privacy Policy does not replace those permissions or consent requests.
You may also exercise applicable privacy rights directly with Unity using the options described in its privacy policy.
International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process or store information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area.
Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for these transfers, transfers must be covered by an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention
We retain account and game data for as long as needed to provide and maintain your account, unless you request deletion or there is another lawful reason to retain it.
Retention periods depend on the type of information and its purpose, including:
Whether it remains necessary to provide your account and game progress.
Whether it is needed to resolve a support request or dispute.
Applicable legal, accounting, and transaction record requirements.
Security and fraud prevention needs.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Where information remains in backups, it may remain until those backups are overwritten or expire under the applicable backup cycle.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your game account and associated personal data by:
Opening Settings → Delete Account in the Application and following the instructions on the linked page.

Emailing support@orbionriftlegends.space.
Please provide your game user ID where possible so that we can identify the correct account. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership before completing a request.
Deleting your account removes the associated game progress and access to account-linked virtual items. Certain records may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Uninstalling the Application stops its operation on your device, but does not automatically delete your account or information already stored by us or our service providers.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access your personal data.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Request deletion of your data.
Restrict or object to certain processing.
Receive eligible data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

We respond within the periods required by applicable law. Under the GDPR, this is generally within one month, subject to permitted extensions.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Where local law requires a higher age for a child to consent to particular processing, those requirements also apply. An app store age rating does not replace applicable privacy and consent requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information in circumstances that are not permitted, contact support@orbionriftlegends.space. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting information where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, our practices, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent for relevant changes.
