This privacy policy applies to the Odd Hues app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Polaron Games (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Specifically, the Application:
Does not access your device's Internet connection at runtime
Does not require or request any sensitive system permissions
Does not collect device information of any kind
Does not access location data

Functions completely offline
Contains a local database of colors and descriptions that are packaged with the app itself

User-Generated Data (Local Only)
The Application may store small amounts of data locally on your device solely for functionality purposes, such as:
Saving your favorite colors to a "History" or "Favorites" list
Tracking simple usage statistics (e.g., number of items viewed)

This data is stored exclusively in your device's internal memory (SharedPreferences), remains under your control, and is never transmitted to the Service Provider or any external server. Uninstalling the Application will permanently delete this local data.

Third-Party Services
The Application does not include any third-party services, SDKs, or code that would collect or process user data. The Application is self-contained and does not communicate with external servers.

Data Storage and Retention
Since the Application does not collect any user data for the Service Provider, no user data is stored or retained on our servers. All content displayed in the Application is stored locally on your device. Any preferences or history you create are retained only on your device and can be cleared by clearing the app data or uninstalling the application.

Account Deletion
The Application does not require or support account creation. There are no accounts or user profiles to delete.

Children's Privacy
The Application does not collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Security
Since the Application does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers, there are no security risks related to network data handling.
