  • Usage information: We may collect anonymized data on app usage, such as which features are most accessed.

     
  • Location data (optional): If you grant the app permission, we temporarily access your device's location to display your position on the map. This data is used locally on your device only and is never stored or transmitted to our servers.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, biometric data, or precise real-time location without your explicit consent.

 

2. No Tracking or Advertising Profiles

We do not engage in tracking for advertising or profiling purposes.

  • We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party ad networks.

     
  • We do not track users across apps or websites.

     
  • We do not display personalized ads.

     

As a result, no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown on iOS, and no advertising consent prompt is required on Android.

 

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To allow you to create and manage your account

     
  • To enable core app functions such as saving favorite places, leaving reviews, and uploading photos

     
  • To enable in-app purchases and determine user subscription status

     
  • To ensure app security, reliability, and performance

4. Data Storage and Security

All user data is securely stored using trusted third-party infrastructure, including Firebase and RevenueCat. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

 

5. Third-Party Services: RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat collects and processes limited purchase-related data, such as:

  • App user ID (anonymized)

     
  • Product identifiers (e.g., subscription plans)

     
  • Transaction and renewal status

     
  • Country-level purchase information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is only shared under the following circumstances:

  • With service providers (such as Firebase and RevenueCat) that assist in delivering core features of the App

Allbthird-party processors are subject to strict data protection and confidentiality obligations.

As a user, you have the following rights:
